1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Snail Facebook Pixel Facebook application (App ID: 774597055638015), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the app.

This app enables you to authenticate with Facebook to access your Facebook Pixel data for use with the Snail Facebook Pixel Wix application.

2. Description of Service

The Snail Facebook Pixel Facebook app provides the following functionality:

  • Facebook authentication to verify your identity and access permissions
  • Retrieval of your Facebook Pixel list associated with your account
  • Display of Pixel information (IDs, names, configurations) for selection
  • Integration with the Snail Facebook Pixel Wix app to connect your selected Pixel with your Wix store

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

To use this app, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid Facebook account with appropriate permissions
  • Own or have administrative access to Facebook Pixels you intend to use
  • Have a Wix store where you intend to install the Snail Facebook Pixel app
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies (Facebook, Wix)

4. Facebook Authentication and Permissions

By using this app, you grant us permission to:

  • Access your Facebook account for authentication purposes
  • Retrieve your Facebook Pixel list and associated metadata
  • Store access tokens securely for the duration of your app usage

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your Facebook settings or by uninstalling the app.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your Facebook account credentials
  • Ensuring you have legal rights to use the Facebook Pixels you select
  • Complying with Facebook's Platform Policy and Terms of Service
  • Complying with Wix's Terms of Service and App Market policies
  • Obtaining necessary consents for data collection and tracking as required by applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Using the app in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to access Pixels you do not own or have permission to access
  • Share, sell, or transfer your access tokens or authentication credentials
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
  • Use the app to violate any third-party rights or policies
  • Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality or security

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of this app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We comply with Facebook's Platform Policy and Data Use Policy. We only access Pixel data necessary for the app's functionality and do not share it with unauthorized third parties.

10. No Warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The app will meet your specific requirements
  • The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Pixel data retrieval will be 100% accurate or complete
  • The app will be compatible with all Facebook or Wix configurations

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snail Facebook Pixel shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or unavailability
  • Issues arising from third-party services (Facebook, Wix)
  • Unauthorized access to your account or data

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the app is to stop using it and uninstall it.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of Facebook or Wix policies
  • Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Security concerns

You may terminate your use of the app at any time by revoking Facebook permissions or uninstalling the app.
