My events are not showing up
Nine times out of ten it is an access token that expired or was copied with a trailing space. Re-paste it, save, then check the event log in the app.
Do the apps cost anything?
No. All three install free from the Wix App Market or the Shopify App Store, with no event caps hidden behind a paid tier.
Can you support another channel?
Ask. The Pinterest and OpenAI apps both exist because merchants requested them — tell us the platform and the events you need.
